The moment I picked this up, I was stunned—it's so lightweight yet the 98% alpaca superfine texture is impossibly soft. Draped over the couch, it adds that rich, dimensional look I was hoping for without feeling heavy at all.
I was looking for a cozy throw for my reading nook, and this one is undeniably soft with that lovely boucle texture. My only small complaint is that it's a bit lighter than I expected for the price, but the alpaca quality makes up for it.
I wasn't sure how it would hold up after washing, but it came out looking just as textured and soft as it was new. The 98% alpaca really is as light as they say, though I wish it came in a few more color options.
